Thanks for the info. The National University program sounds great and they have a long list of for-credit classes. Unfortunately, you have to currently be enrolled in a California college or High School to meet the eligibility criteria. Sadly, being enrolled at TESU doesn't count.

The Arcada application requires a Finnish social security number. I created my own using the methodology on this page:
