Back to School Bling

Forgive my ignorance, but can anyone say whats they latest in back to school fashion hit? I mean the clothes, shoes, bags, hair style, the works.

Please keep me abreast.

Here in Illinois,

For the girls:
Leggings, skinny jeans, ballet shoes, fake eyelashes (my personal fave
Ed Hardy (the clothes with the skulls), messy hair, oh and big purses.

For the boys:
Plaid shorts, stripped shirts, slimmer jeans, skulls (on shirts), hawks (on shirts), Skulls on belts, blue jean rope chains, polo shirts, hoodies, and the #1item here is white t'shirts.

^Its kind of like a grunge (sp?) thing going on nowadays.
Im not trendy, but my teenager is, lol.

I have never been one to pay attention to fashions put out there for consumers. You want to be fashionable, wear something unique and quit being a parrot.

Cool idea, I like being different, usually what I would do is take the latest in fashion and add or subtract to create my own unique look. However maybe what I should really do is create my own from scratch.
