Anyone get their diploma in the mail yet
#11
It's really encouraging to see how motivated you all are especially for someone like me who is caught in a rut and have no clue what to do next. One of these days I hope to be right where you all are.

My problem is that I still need to take 9 credits in Math and Science and 9 credits in Social and Beh Science and I don't really know what to take first. I can really use your advice here on what to take since I think that some may have to be Upper Level credits. Would you recommend GRE Psychology?

Also, based the good reviews I've seen on this forum I too have signed up for Aleks Math program but I'm slowly, slowly getting there. How long did it take you guys to complete?

Also do you know what is the easiest degree to sign up for at TESC? I need to use my FEMA credits somewhere where they accept them.

I'm in Morocco on assignment so it's not that easy to get the books here.

Thanks so much.

Tester, I'm not the best with advising, but I can offer a few suggestions...

- Easiest at TESC (or probably anywhere really) is Liberal Studies. This gives you the most options for exams and classes.

- FEMA classes are almost always considered free electives. (27 available in Liberal studies).

- The math classes you need vary by major, so depending on what you choose, you might not need Aleks.

- GRE sounds like a great option, but that might only be for Excelsior (?)

I got home from vacation last night (yes I know I take a lot of vacations) and I found my diploma in the pile of mail. I have not done anything about framing it I think I will save that for when I get the BA. I just like finally after 35 years having that piece of paper in my handshilarious
