I received my "you're qualified to graduate September 9" letter in the mail yesterday, and also the invite to participate in the October commencement at TESC.
Call the registrar's office if you really need to know you'll make it ASAP, and they'll get a confirmation out to you fast, because they understand the need to have proof of a degree when you're job hunting.

Graduated from Thomas Edison State College with a BA Communication degree on September 9, 2011.
