Anyone Done any EC Courses Especially Health Sciences?

I'm going to take the plunge and register to take some of my required courses at EC. I'm doing my BS in Health Sciences and I'm wondering about the workload with their courses. The only course I have taken with them is Info Lit and I thought that was a joke. I just can't seem to find these courses offered anywhere else for less money except ECU and they are not accepting any new students. If anyone has taken any EC courses and can offer some insight into the workload so I know what would be doable at one time I would appreciate it. These all start in May, so I need to get registered. If anyone knows another school that offers these please let me know that too! The classes I'm considering are: Healthcare issues in Culturally Diverse Populations - 8 wks, Budget & Finance in Health Care organizations - 15 wks & Leadership & Mgmt in Health Care Seminar - 15 wks. I was told that EC courses are very writing intensive, if that helps you out at all.
