Hi,
My daughter is nervous about taking her first midterm with Andrew Jackson University because she not sure what she should focus on when studying. Has anyone out here taken a midterm with AJU? If so, should she focus on the quizzes, lesson assignments, review questions, try to memorize the textbook, or all of the above?
I'm sure once she gets through this first exam she will be fine. She is just nervous because she has no idea what to expect. Any study advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

This applies to the MBA course exams, which all followed the same format. There were usually 30 multiple choice questions and 6 essay questions. The essay questions were usually general enough that with a little bit of knowledge you were good to go.
In no way did I feel that the questions on the exams were purposely tricky, or involve game playing. They were straightforward. I would tell your daughter to expect essay questions about KEY points in a chapter, not some less important minutia.
The multiple choice questions amounted to slightly less than 50% of your total score. The essay questions slightly more than 50%. This format works in the favor of the student. As with answering any essay questions, try and give lengthy answers. They only allow room for a couple of long paragraphs, so if you drone for about as long as this answer, you will be good to go.

Thank you! This information really helped put her mind at ease. She even laughed when she read your last sentence. I REALLY appreciate you taking the time to answer this question.
Thanks again!
