Hi,
I only have two classes left to graduate. One is math and another is part of my major. I donot want to take the class and it would be hard to do so, because of the availabilty next term. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Do a search in these pages and in the prep material for test section. There are a ton of suggestions. I'm currently studying for this test and am using the support of a Math tutor. Many of the concepts are new to me, (I took math in high school a million years ago), so this has been very helpful. hilarious
I also have just two classes left and I have a degree.
good luck.

madamecj26,
I posted the link to the Specific Exam Feedback section located on this forum's homepage. There you'll find feedback from some very knowledgeable people who have already sat the test.

I took the test and prepared much like Calboy mentioned above. I found a tutor for two weeks and my wife helped me for a couple a weeks as well. It had been 20+ years since I touched a algebra problem. Good luck, and yes, you can do it! Lee

Thanks so much.
I have been studying on th IC and I think I will get one of the Clep books. Algebra isn't so much the problem. It is the sets and all the extra stuff I never heard of before. I studied math in Germany so a lot of this is new to me. Thanks!

I get the Algebra stuff, but those story problems kill me. I failed my Penn Foster final by one point. I ran out of time (1 hour only) trying to figure out those story problems. Any ideas?
I've wasted months just trying to get these three Math credits, I wish I'd gone the B & M route. Something about pride and sitting in a Math class with eighteen years olds, not to mention the horror of testing in to a remedial Math level.
