I realize this is kind of a longshot, but just curious if anyone heard of anyone running Black Friday deals on courses, coupons, etc?

So, it's not totally a long shot!, that's a great question!
I know for certain Udemy is doing a Black Friday sale. Their courses aren't for credit, but they have courses you can use to learn something (we're learning Spanish) that can be rolled into an exam. There is a guy that has a whole AP Physics series on there. Their current Black Friday sale is $9.99 any course- but on the actual Black Friday they will do a BOGO promo with it - you buy a class on Friday for 9.99 and get a coupon for a free class to redeem on Monday.
I would suggest watching all social media feeds for DSST and Straighterline - they both like to use codes.

U.S. Career Institute has a Black Friday discount code. They're accredited by DEAC, so they aren't any good for transferring to TESU or COSC, but they're something to look at if you want a quick vocational program.
Straighterline emailed out a $59 discount code that I think is good until today.

So I was looking at some of those specializations and it looks like MAYBE a motivated person could get through an entire specialization in a month which could theoretically make it free.

This is a tiny bit off topic, but I rec'd an email from Coursera a couple weeks back, they are ramping up for their degree program launches. At the time, I only checked a few, but they are roughly 1/2 price or better when taken through Coursera instead of the Uni directly. Not super cheap, but in the $15k range which I think is still VERY good.

I like how you can try the courses in a degree for free before paying and committing to the whole program.

Is the Edx version also "try before you buy"? Does anyone know, I might have to check them out, the Micromasters and the Masters that they offer, a few of them are $10K or around there for an RA Masters degree.
