Since TESU takes so long to review transcripts (25 days) and there are deadline to register for the capstone, at what point would I send in my ace transcripts? Will they have to review them and give me the go-ahead? I would like to apply for the March capstone class but I won't actually finish up all my courses until early March (assuming all goes according to best laid plans). Right now I have 104 credits but plan to take the remaining 13 credits between now and end of February/first week of March. Deadline to apply for capstone is mid February. I would almost need to submit transcripts now but I'm nowhere near close enough (website says I need to be within 9 credit hours). I suppose I could start in April but would prefer to be finished before summer.

This doesn't answer your Capstone question. For ACE courses: I sent my ACE transcript in 4 or 5 times. As soon as I'd get several new courses on, I would send it in. Then 2-3 days before my academic advising appointment, I'd email to let them know I had an upcoming appt but some of my ACE transcript courses hadn't posted yet. They were usually expedited and the advisor could at least see and manually enter them (while we were on the phone/meeting) as IP. This gave me a good idea until they became official.

OK, I wasn't sure they would review me more than once before I officially "enrolled". I was thinking it was a one-time turn in my transcripts and then they don't look at me again until I sign up for a class. I'll just keep plugging away and try to finish as many of these classes as I can, as quickly as I can and go from there.

Why the March term? If you are trying to graduate in June you need to be STARTING the capstone in the Feb term, which means you need to be registered for the course NOW. If you are trying to graduate in September, you can start it as late as the May term. There's no need to coordinate your ACE transcript timing with the Capstone course. Just get it all in well before graduation. That said, I'd send one in now just so that if there are any surprises you have time to deal with them.

Nobody is going to check to see if you're really within 9 credits of graduation. Registration for Feb ends on 1/19 and you're already in the late registration period for Feb. Your time is about run out if you planned to graduate in June.

I wasnt planning to graduate until September. I just wanted to take the capstone in March/April/May instead of over the summer. Summer is just too crazy with the kids out of school and sports. So I wanted to be finished with the capstone early. Then too, if I need to pick up an extra class I can do that. I also wanted to lock in my catalog. If for some reason they made major changes I didn't want to suddenly need extra classes.
