I recommend you follow the study guide, specific exam feedback here and use Lisa Arends CD. It does get into cellular levels etc. There is some other resources listed in the specific exam feedback area that are also good. I believe one was a Millays A&P or something similar. If I can find my notes I will repost. It is definately an in-depth exam, but doable with the right amount of preparation.
