Just wondering as New York State is offering Coursera Plus for $1 a month. Seems like NY is covering the cost of Coursera through the feds Covid funding. I may be wrong about that, but it started during Covid and the glamorous shutdowns.
TADA, offers that same deal for $1/month... It really doesn't matter how you want to do things here, I would do TADA offerings and the NY State offerings as most likely, they'll have more or less certs/options to select from, it's not going to be exactly identical. I don't think you really need the extra Coursera Plus offerings, but if you think it's worth the extra buck to get those extra certs, it's fine to subscribe to that extra service. There are so many freebie offerings already, I don't know, could be overkill...
I was just wondering if TADA offered Coursera Plus for $1 a month. There are definitely some certs I want from Advancing Women in Tech. I haven't seen any of those certs offered by anyone else on Coursera.
After you complete the minimum requirements for TADA you get "TADA Alumni" access to everything Coursera Plus has for free.

@MNomadic, Haha, I just checked, the $1 membership option on my right hand side is no longer showing for Coursera Plus, that must have been updated recently and I didn't notice it until I read your message! That's so cool, save a buck each month for those who want the Coursera Plus access!

Yes, it's a good idea to get some credits with the certs, again... it's a great mix/match approach you're using!
Basically... You're changing the Study.com courses with Certificates that can add to your current skill set...

I wish I could knock out some more UL electives elsewhere and take more LL classes at UMPI and fulfill the 10 classes lol. Take like 3 random 100 level classes lol

Does anyone know if the TADA cert for bookkeeping has ACE credit potential? If it is listed somewhere, I may have overlooked it.

From what it looked like to me, and someone please stop me if I am wrong, it looks like they are just ACE credits, just like Sophia, Study.com and etc. So you would transfer your Credly transcript to the school.

@alnz422, Exactly what was mentioned by learningthehardway, get all your ACE credits into Credly and send the transcript to the schools you're looking to apply for degree programs that interest you. My suggestion is still the trifecta, a mix/match of certs, degree, experience that will fit your budget...
