It was a year ago that someone posted about Excelsior possibly allowing people to test out of the capstone. There was a link to an online PowerPoint presentation that had a single bullet point about testing out of the capstone. Did that die?

I think its on the back burner of things to do right now; their president just died, so they have a new president, and their Provost and Chief Academic Officer who announced the capstone would be testable just resigned due to having a stroke.
