Are you transferring in 100% of the credits you need? If so, then oct 1 is the deadline to apply for Dec grad. If you need to take any courses or TECEPs, then yes the earliest would be march.

You're late, but
maybe you could still try for December. This will only work if you're able to register for a course/TECEP for the September 2016 term. The late registration period is already over, but you can try e-mailing
registration@tesu.edu and ask if you can still get signed up for a course/TECEP.
If you're enrolled before October 1st, you can submit a graduation application for December and pay your graduation fee.
In the event that you don't make it for December graduation, they'll automatically reaudit you for March graduation.

If you can transfer in all of your credits, and the only thing left to take is the Strategic Management TECEP, you can still do that before October 1. You just register now for the October term which starts on 9/25, and then take the TECEP any time between September 25 and 30th. Then when you apply for graduation on October 1, you will have everything done (maybe just waiting for everything to come through and for the TECEP to be graded).
I would make sure to finish all of your courses sooner rather than later, to get everything transferred to ACE so that you can get that transcript over to TESU ASAP.

I am in this exact same situation. I have to take the TECEPS before October 1st and then register for graduation.
I did not fail any exams so I am trying to push this through.

Just spoke to TESU today. They said that the important thing is to apply by the deadline. I can take the TECEPS in october. So i should be good to go.
They said that if you don't have your credits they can go ahead and evaluate a month later and you will still be good to go
