I've been searching many threads and trying to come up with a current (2017) list of options for upper level courses for TESU BA Liberal Studies.
Can anyone confirm these and also add to the list? Or is there another comprehensive list somewhere?
Shmoop:
Holocaust Literature = ENG301
Shakespeare's Plays = LIT320
Women's Literature = LIT323
Modernist Literature = LIT399
Literature in the Media = LIT430
Geometry = MAT-361
Straighterline:
Organizational Behavior = MAN-311
Business Ethics - PHI-384
Business Communications = COM-300
Study.com:
History 108: History of the Vietnam War = HIS-351
History 308: Causes and Effects of the Vietnam War = HIS-351
Psychology.... I'm not adding those because they are "subject to change", right?
Advanced Technical Writing = ?
Saylor

DSST:
History of the Vietnam War = HIS-351
Intro to World Religions = REL-405

Yup that's true! As per their webpage:

SL/Saylor has more courses for "General Education Electives/Free Electives" for the BALS as those can be "Any course, including Business".
Have you thought about taking those Business courses from SL and the Comp Science courses from Saylor? Cheap/Easy/Fast credits!

Does anyone know if Coopersmith "Jewish Immigration" would transfer in as UL? It's listed as a 300 level course.
Also, it irks me that places consider their Civil War courses UL, but TESU only transfers it in as a 200 level course.

Just FYI - My academic evaluation was completed about a month ago, and the lower-level Vietnam course (A History of the Vietnam War) still came in as HIS-351.

I received my full academic evaluation back today and found a pleasant surprise. A course I expected to be LL because it was at my previous university came in as UL.
That course was Human Sexuality, which if I remember right is offered on Shmoop.
I don't know for sure if the Shmoop course will come in as UL but it may be worth trying. If nothing else it would fill in your electives.
