Upgrad acquires Talentedge (India)

Hmm yes, Upgrad - they're expanding and growing again with another acquisition in EdTech!  The Indian EdTech industry is booming, not only with partnerships or mergers, but I've been reading on newer players coming out in all areas of Educational Technology.  I guess these newer companies may be there for the long run, or if they're really unique, they may get snatched up by other larger players and consolidated into a better/bigger company.
