I took the Straighterline Organizational Behavior course. Maybe its just me and I don't know how to work the system with Straighterline courses but I fail to see how people pass so many of these very quickly. I struggled for months to complete this course. I found the information fascinating, but the exams didn't seem to really follow the book...maybe it is just me. I scored a 75.4 on the course I think.

My advise is forget Straighterline for these courses, look up education-portal.com and take their video based Organizational behavior course. Even if it isn't a 100 % complete yet, the information they do have should put you into the pass category with the CLEP/DSST exam. I love Education-Portal.com, I am using it and the REA CLEP book for Business law.

I would also just go and take the business ethics exam as well, a little study should give you a pass.

I did both of these courses. They each took me about a week. I found the Organizational Behavior course the easier of the two. Basically all I did to pass both these courses was to look at the syllabus to determine which chapters I would need to read for the graded quiz, read the chapters, and took the quiz. I used the index generously to look up answers. The biggest thing to slow me down is that I am a slow reader. I read no faster than I speak, but I do have very high reading comprehension.

The Organizational Behavior textbook looks like a standard textbook with all the information broken down into small sections with headings for each section and important keywords written in italics. This made it fairly easy to both look up answers to questions and to indicate the things I should be remembering as I read the text. On the other hand, the Business Ethics textbook was not broken up into smaller readable chunks, but was page after page of denser text. A lot of the text was superfluous as well. Also there were so many questions on each quiz that you didn't have much time to look up answers. So, this one was a little harder course, but I still passed it in about a week.

I completed Org Behavior recently. To be honest, if you've worked in an office environment and have any management experience, it should be relatively simple for you. I found the textbook very well organized with a good glossary, which helped too.
