AFAIK, the Health Sciences degree is similar to TESU's Biology degree in that it cannot be fully completed using alternate credit. Your daughter would need to bring in courses from elsewhere. One possible source (though not necessarily UL) would be some free XAMK health science classes.
XAMK is a Finnish university that offers a handful of courses for free. https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/XAMK
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

I don't know of anyone who has transferred XAMK courses to Excelsior and, admittedly, it might be a bit of a pain to do so. But XAMK is legit and some of their courses have been transferred to TESU before.

Suggestion: I'd go for cheap, easy, fast - For lower level, it's CLEP/MS & Sophia.org combo that I recommend, for UL - Study.com, if you need RA credits it's a different story. Take TECEPS or UEXCELS for exams, or TEL/ONU for courses to get RA credits instead of ACE recommendations for credit.
Note: Foreign credits and the cheap/free credits on the wiki are great options for free elective credits, but I wouldn't want to waste time on them unless you want to use them specifically for that - free elective credits. The majority of CLEP/MS and Sophia.org would usually hit that spot already.

No worries, Rachel83Az was gracious enough to create/update pages on the wiki and she created these.
My suggestion to you is to read a bit more posts and also review the content on the wiki.

Modern States Link: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Modern_States Ahhhhh…. MS = modern state. Ok. Gotcha. I was looking at modern state a bit ago, before I found this forum. Was thinking about putting her through something from them as a break from Sophia. Been meaning to look around for some reviews on the classes themselves. Free CLEP is cool, but I also like the idea of added learning for her. She is only 13. lol

What I recommend is to accelerate/compact the education, not cut corners to your child's education. I advocate learning cheaper, easier, faster, not skipping anything in the process. Sometimes it is hard to retain information, I usually recommend both CLEP/MS and Sophia.org as some courses overlap and have the same information.
Furthermore, the courses may transfer in differently at the college level, depending on the college, thus granting "extra" credit, an example is Biology, Sophia comes in as BIO 101 and CLEP comes into TESU as BIO 111 & BIO 112, in total, the child will get 9 credits for just a few dollars!

Just wanted to chime in. A lot of adult schools offer general education that is transcribed by a college, if you have one near you.

Just thought I’d thank everyone again, and update you guys. It looks like she is able to get back into regular school (instead of homeschool) again, starting Monday. She is hot/cold on the idea, because she is ready to be back in school with the other kids, but she wants to keep doing classes. I told her to take a break until she gets her new routine, then we can look into it again. In the past two months, though, here’s the list that our girl has finished.
From Sophia:
Ancient Greek Philosophers
Human Biology
Developing Effective Teams
Essentials of conflict management
Foundations of English composition
Like always, thanks in advance for any advice!
