Suggestion: I'd go for cheap, easy, fast - For lower level, it's CLEP/MS & Sophia.org combo that I recommend, for UL - Study.com, if you need RA credits it's a different story. Take TECEPS or UEXCELS for exams, or TEL/ONU for courses to get RA credits instead of ACE recommendations for credit.

Note: Foreign credits and the cheap/free credits on the wiki are great options for free elective credits, but I wouldn't want to waste time on them unless you want to use them specifically for that - free elective credits.  The majority of CLEP/MS and Sophia.org would usually hit that spot already.
