I replied to your message Dan, but here's the detailed breakdown to give you a better idea:
So I started studying the book last Tuesday afternoon, staying up till 2-ish, and getting up about 7. Studied till about 3 last night, and up until the test at 11:00 today, but I still had not read chapter 8, and 13-20.
Only had time for two pages of notes, with the most essential facts. I would have felt more comfortable with 4-6 pages (what I compile for most tests).
I took the fact sheet test of 21 questions, and actually only scored 57%, but I had no choice, as the term ends on the 23rd, and enrollment a week later.
At the start of the test, I got a few questions that had me worried about the rest, but about 10 or 15 questions in, I was rolling right along.
Lot's of quick answer questions for me, coming right off from reading the book, and some with context I remembered from studying for the test the last time, and from Marketing Communications.
As far as I could tell, the test seemed pretty much like the fact sheet, (and not as hard as the practice test). I did have one or two questions which I could answer from the answers of the 21 question practice.
I had at least 45 minutes to review all my answers, and I ended up stopping about 10 minutes early; something I have never done for a test before!
All in all, with cramming through the first half of the book, and a few helpful reminders from studying the same test before and Marketing Comm., I feel pretty good about my answers (figured at least 62 questions that I felt 100% certain about).
P.S., I did take this practice test on Tuesday, which I think was fairly helpful to get me going (scored 66).

Also did the Quizlet questions here (just the matching, multiple-choice, and True/False questions; 67 in all), and scored 88% (These tests are generally easier, some overlap).
