I haven't seen any instances where this has been accepted.

However, COSC will accept Technical Writing to fulfill the English Composition II requirement, but you must also have English Composition I.
BA, MA, EdS, MMT, etc.
83 hours of ACE-worthy credits

I do have an English I, and have 2 English courses with Excelsior formy BSBA, I'm not sure why TESC won't accept what I have from Excelsior degree into theirs.

This has been discussed prior, correct? The answer is not going to change. Not sure what you are expecting?

I believe that TESC is so hard on the Eng II requirement is because of their UL capstone requirement. Most but of course but not all Eng IIs (TESC's do) have research and citation learning outcomes. TESC will accept the ACE recommended self paced Penn Foster Eng. 300 Advanced Composition in transfer.
