Why am I getting emails on my TESU account from the above every day saying people are referencing my work, and I need to pay Academia to see who they are? I haven't even taken a course from TESU yet, but this has been happening for a while ever since I applied to TESU online I have gotten over 60 emails. I am sure they are junk, but does anyone have any ideas/helps regarding this?

Its junk. It's usually someone else with your last name or initials. Ignore it.

Look for an unsubscribe link, that should solve the problem. Though if they have your TESU email, it is possible that someone signed up for an account on academia.edu using that email address. If you can't unsubscribe, you might need to reset the password on the account to log in and disable notifications. If neither of those options are possible, you can try emailing the support link for academia.edu and ask them to remove your email from their list since you're getting emails for someone else.

Thank you. Hopefully one of those should work!
