Looking for any help with study material. I have been doing the flash cards, but honestly am not getting very far with them. I would love a study guide or even a work book/guide that I could purchase that wont cost an arm and a leg or take 2 weeks to read.

Unfortunately I don't have any experience with UExcel exams personally, so hopefully someone else can chime in.
But I will say that the book they recommend for this exam (Abnormal Psychology 13th ed. by Ann Kring) is a pretty good book on the subject. I used it in an online course previously, and when I took this exam from Study.com, I was more than prepared without even going through the Study.com material.
Hopefully you can find a cheap version online. I'd be wary of going for an older edition, as the older editions are probably geared towards outdated versions of the DSM.
