Hello,
All but one course of my college credit will be coming from CLEP, DSST/DANTES, or TECEPs. My credits are being transferred to Thomas Edison State College. However, in order for me to get a GPA listed on my transcript, they require that at least one course is taken through them. This means I have to take an extra course, and then Thomas Edison will hinge the entire GPA on that one course. If I get an A, I'll have a 4.0. If I get a B, I'll have a 3.0. Pretty crazy, but whatever.
It is imperrative for future opportunity purposes that I get a 4.0 as opposed to a 3.0. I am fairly confident that I can get an A, but I am looking for a backup plan in case I do get a B. My questions is, do you know if I can select what courses from Thomas Edison do or do not count towards my degree plan, and therefore decide what gets included on my transript? For example, if I get a B in my course, could I "scratch it," and take another course, without this one affecting my GPA?
Thanks!
