Did anyone complete a course? How is the grading system? Are there assignments you need to do or just MCQ?

I haven't completed, but I skimmed a couple pages ahead and saw there's a written entry assignment. And a final exam at the end. I'm interested in knowing as well.

I also haven't completed the course, but this information is taken from the syllabus. 

"Grading:
There are four types of graded assessments in this course: exercises, knowledge checks, mid-term exam and
final exam.
• 31 course assignments and self-reflective exercises that make up 5% of your final grade.
• 18 Knowledge Checks that make up 25% of your final grade.
• 1 midterm that makes up 20% of your final grade.
• 1 final exam that makes up 50% of your final grade. "
