So, I have recently sent in my ASU transcript which included BIO-100. As it is RA credits I would have expected it to replace one of the Sophia courses in my Electives, while (to my surprise) it was placed in the "other courses" section of my academic evaluation.
Any ideas?

They probably "helpfully" put it there for reasons only known to them. You can ask to have it moved around. If you note where you expect it to go and why they're generally okay with moving courses around for you.

You can always ask them to move it. But honestly, it doesn't matter if you have hit the 24cr of RA threshold, have met the Natural world requirement, GE electives, or Free electives areas.
When you ultimately get your degree, the transcript just lists everything you took, it doesn't show how it was applied to the degree.
