I only know of 1 legitimate online associate degree in nutrition program -
http://catalog.gaston.edu/preview_progra...turnto=813
That program leads to registration as an NDTR -diet tech, which is the only licence you can get at the associate degree level. (the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) is the credentialing agency for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. CDR also re-certifies a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered (NDTR).
It's 71 hours, so it's not going to be less than 2 years of dietary classes, however, you can use CLEP that isn't older than 5 years to count toward your gen eds- and that can shave off a good chunk of time.
