Steve Foerster on "the other board" found this tidbit and posted about it today: The President's Take: Charter Oak's First Effort at the Master's Level
Seems COSC has evaluated some teacher Con Ed for Grad level credit with an eye towards developing Masters Degree Programs in the future. Not really much for out-of-state students, but worthy of note none the less.
I was particularly struck of the mention that COSC had the authority to grant grad level credit. I don't know much about how this works, but my understanding was the opposite...seems I was wrong!
