I was thinking of taking College composition modular... but now this news...
However when I checked my university's website, it is written that they are awarding 6 credits for college composition modular. What to do now? Should I continue preparing for this test or let it go? I'll be starting my freshmen year in spring.

I was awarded 6 credits for Humanities via TESC last month. My advisor made it sound like they would honor it through year end. Double check with them to be sure.

What credit did you get for CLEP Social Sciences and History? As of today, the ESC website says SOS-101/102-CE Social Sciences and History (General). SOS doesn't seem like it would count toward a history degree. This test has always struck me as odd, sort of like a platypus.

I took the analyzing and interpreting lit CLEP in September and my most recent academic eval from a week ago shows it awarding 6 credits as well.

I expect the big 3 to honor the current academic catalog, it kinda looks like TESC is based on feedback so far. When the new catalogs comes out, we can all look up the new credit awarded- in the meantime, remember that catalogs are only done once a year and websites are done whenever they damn well feel like it- and websites are just marketing tools, it's all about the catalog. Anyway, if it's do-or-die that your credits are a certain amount, you're going to want to email your school directly.
