I think a MA in Humanities would be a great bridge to a PhD in Psychology. I can't scare up the $ for the PhD (and I'm not sure I'm compassionate enough to succeed in the field) but it remains near the top of my dream degree list.

And of course it's good in any setting where you need a master's degree to check the box.
