I assumed you didn't have to use the webcam but did have to use the lockdown browser? What is the new process? Did you have to pass a regular knowledge check and then request the ACE knowledge check?

Had to request an "ace knowledge check" which is the same thing, after getting 70% and then do it with the lockdown browser.

I am not sure, it just showed up in the left column, I didn't request it, I just see request a "new knowledge check" per usual, but maybe that brings it up as well once you are at 70.

It all makes sense now.. I finished College Algebra and Intro to stats right at the end of July, trying to get in before the deadline. I then saw that Aleks had extended ACE credit until 2021, so I decided to take Trigonometry.
When I was at the end of my trigonometry class (on 8/2) I was prompted to take a knowledge check, and on the left side, it asked me to enable the lockdown browser. I was confused, so I went into the main account and requested a manual knowledge check and then it was back to normal without having to use the lockdown browser. Not sure if that still works.
