I just got off the phone with ACT and was told that these courses are more like Continuing Education Units, although at the graduate level, and are not eligible to be used for master's degree programs - including transferring to other schools. I assume this would be the case for undergraduate as well. Perhaps this is why CSUMB won't accept them for their programs. Pity.
