Why would anyone choose NCCRS over ACE? Probably because it costs less to go through the NCCRS process than through ACE. I'm not entirely sure of what the cost actually is, but I get the feeling that ACE is at least twice the cost. If you're only intending for your courses to be used at a couple specific schools, it doesn't make sense to go for the more expensive ACE option if NCCRS will work just as well.
