This is the answer I got from ALEKS:
"Thank you for contacting McGraw Hill support.
At this time, we have not received an update from ACE, and currently do not have any plans to partner with Acclaim. However, our website is updated periodically should an update be available. "

This whole thing is a terrible mess. It almost feels like it was deliberately made to be as difficult and as confusing as possible.

No doubt the way this is being managed (provided that it is being managed) is causing problems to many of us. I think both parties (course providers and ACE) should be more proactive toward the common goal of having the new platform ready. I believe in some cases disinformation reigns, while in others they simply don't care much. Otherwise I wouldn't explain why companies such as CSMLearn are ready while others are not.

On a homeschool group I follow someone else was told by Sophia that they are unable to process badges for courses completed prior to Nov. 1.
If this is true going forward I guess parchment will be the only way for Sophia?

I think we need to wait and see. Most providers, it seems, are having issues. ACE has not been giving them much guidance from what I have read. This transition does not seem to be well thought out and implemented.

Just copying/pasting my replies from this thread: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...iders-list
Yes, Yahoo! Anyone who wants to get their ACE transcripts can do so the old fashion way for $15 until the end of November. I mean, that will only show updates until the end of October. Any newer courses after October will come into the new Acclaim Credly system... So don’t worry, be happy, keep calm, keep plugging along...
EVERYONE KEEP CALM AND KEEP WORKING TOWARDS YOUR DEGREE... oh wait, my caps lock was on, anyways... yeah, what I just typed, Study.com should still be FINE, just don't let this missing item be causing you grief... and in other news, just use the ACE Transcripts for now if you have items in ACE, that system ISN"T dead yet, it's available for getting new courses up to the end of October into your school of choice. I would spend that $15 for peace of mind...

We don't know this yet. Many of us haven't had any classes appear in Acclaim even courses completed this month aren't appearing. Many providers aren't set up on Acclaim. Our host - InstantCert - doesn't have any info from Acclaim and has not made the transition. As large as Sophia is, they're having major problems and have not transferred over.

Not everyone is ready to send transcripts to a school yet. I know of MANY homeschoolers who have tons of ACE credit but aren't old enough or ready to apply to any of the Big 3, or whatever school they want to go to. So saying "everybody just chill" isn't super helpful to a lot of people. If you're 15 and planning on getting an AA at COSC at HS graduation, you can't apply yet. If you're 16 and apply, 2+ years is a long time to pay $370/semester fees.
Until this gets worked out, I'd worry.

For science, I struggled through a class I swore I would not take at Sophia & BARELY passed yesterday. As soon as I got the congratulations e-mail, the “Get Your Badge” link was just below the course in the list of completed courses. (Only that one)
Just to see for this specific thread, I went ahead & submitted it through the “old” ACE system. It was just approved & thrown onto my transcript a few minutes ago.
They’re obviously still working out the kinks, & despite that message that was on the homepage, they’re still approving courses with the old system as we speak.
