but they don't have a relationship. ACE is a credit evaluator. ALEKS has an obligation to meet the demands of ACE, whatever they may be, or lose their ability to offer credit. ALEKS needs ACE, not the other way around. I'm sure no one told you ALEKS will continue as is.
