The Business degree won't be significantly more time/money/effort, but will be more relevant to what you want. It's also more likely to be viewed as a viable degree by employers. European employers may not know what to do with a "Liberal Studies" degree and may think it's "fake" or "useless" even if it's not.

I completely agree with this. Skip the BLS and get the true and full business degree. UMPI is a good choice for low cost and quick speed. Do all you can with Sophia and then move onto UMPI for the finish. I'd recommend the M&L; it's known for having straightforward course options, and tending to be quicker to complete than other AOS options.

Decide on the BABA concentration and if you really need that Psych minor or not, I would go the PM&IS concentration, and do the Psych minor if you wanted. You can also make sure to take the 3-4 classes that can ladder you up to the UMPI MAOL if you decide to go that route as well... Something to think about for future programs at UMPI if you wanted a one and done bachelors & masters solution.
