You may be able to do a lot more at Study.com. One international person said they could not do Study.com because their international credit card was not accepted by them, and they had no other way to pay. But Study.com is a great way to get many credits. You are proctored through a webcam. You can get many others through webcam proctoring. So it's going to depend on what providers you want to use for credits.
TECEP, Straighterline, Davar, Saylor, and Shmoop are some of the cheapest and quickest that are recommended. Can I graduate solely online with combined efforts of CLEP, Study.com, TECEP, Straighterline, Davar, Saylor, and Shmoop?

Well, aside from a Capstone, which usually has to be taken online from the university itself, that should definitely be possible. As long as you select the right degree plan.

Each school has their own requirements, but in general, as long as you choose a degree that is test-out-able, then you should be able to go to one of the Big 3 and transfer in 114-117 credits, and pay additional fees:
EC - will let you bring in 117cr, and requires an online capstone
TESU - will let you bring in 117cr, and requires an online capstone
COSC - will let you bring in 114cr, and requires an online cornerstone & capstone
TESU BSBA/HR 2018 - WVNCC BOG AAS 2017 - GGU Cert in Mgmt 2000
EXAMS: TECEP Tech Wrtg, Comp II, LA Math, PR, Computers DSST Computers, Pers Fin CLEP Mgmt, Mktg
COURSES: TESU Capstone Study.com Pers Fin, Microecon, Stats Ed4Credit Acct 2 PF Fin Mgmt ALEKS Int & Coll Alg Sophia Proj Mgmt The Institutes - Ins Ethics Kaplan PLA

Check out freeclepprep.com for a list of difficulty. He seems to nail it when it comes to ranking hardest to easiest exams. Mileage may vary on experience. Start with some layups to build confidence and use that for momentum. Best of luck.
