My daughter is almost done with her history degree at TESU. Two more classes! In the process of reviewing the new academic evaluation, I found that while she transferred in 90 ACE/NCCRS credits only 84 credits were being counted toward the maximum (90) total for a BA. I asked if there was an error. I'd rather know now than when she applies for graduation. She received the following reply from Don Stoltz (we've gotten excellent answers from him).
So, basically, you do NOT need 30 RA credits if you take the A&I CLEP. My daughter will have 27 cr RA, 87 cr ACE/NCCRS and 6 cr A&I CLEP assessment credit. You are limited to 90 cr. ACE/NSSRS but the A&I CLEP is not counted in this.
Hope that helps someone!
Quote:You currently have 84 ACE credits applied. You are allowed a maximum of 90 credits. We did our own review for CLEP’s Analyzing and Interpretation of Literature. That is why it is not counting toward the ACE credit total.
