I was looking for a place for my husband to take a couple of DSST's and he has access to get on base, so he can find a place closer than I can. I called National University, which has a testing center on one of the bases, and the girl sent me an email. One of those kinds that they copy and paste from a Word doc, to send whenever anyone calls about exams. Here's a quote from a list of study resources:
"www.instacert.com (while this resource does cost money, it is highly recommended as it is considered to be a learner based form of studying because when you are taking the practice tests and get a questions wrong, they tell you why it is wrong. Traditional study guides will only have practice tests.)"
A little off on the flashcards being considered "practice tests", but still a ringing endorsement.
