Hi,
I've been subscribed to instantcert for about three months now, and today I wasn't able to login at all (with CORRECT username and password). I followed a troubleshoot link at the bottom, it took me to a completely different billing website (Epoch?), and after filling out some information to retrieve my account info, I was told my subscription was 'canceled recurring'. I'm confused, because I didn't cancel my subscription, and have been a paying subscriber for the past three months (no 'free trial'). Has this happened to anyone else?
Just thought I'd check with the more experienced members before I call and renew my membership to a website I've not heard of before (Epoch).
