Instantcert Subscription question....

Hi,
I've been subscribed to instantcert for about three months now, and today I wasn't able to login at all (with CORRECT username and password). I followed a troubleshoot link at the bottom, it took me to a completely different billing website (Epoch?), and after filling out some information to retrieve my account info, I was told my subscription was 'canceled recurring'. I'm confused, because I didn't cancel my subscription, and have been a paying subscriber for the past three months (no 'free trial'). Has this happened to anyone else?
Just thought I'd check with the more experienced members before I call and renew my membership to a website I've not heard of before (Epoch).

I forwarded your infor to the webmaster and owner of the IC cards...should hear back from him shortly.

Is there some way for members to look at the billing info and update credit card info or do you have to cancel and resubscribe with the new credit card?
I don't see any billing info when I log in.

I rejoined a couple of weeks ago. (I always let my membership lapse when i am taking a couple of months off from testing) I do have a copy of my receipt and it does say "Processed by Epoch" on the top.

I decided to just cancel for now since I won't be using it for the next couple of months anyway.
