If I only needed a 1cr lab, I probably wouldn't take a 4cr Bio w/lab course. Just me, but I'm not thrilled with extra work if I don't need to do it.

Thanks for all the responses, I am trying to work with my adviser on which courses offered by SL would actually transfer and help out. Wish they had a easier list!

If you want an easy way out, Rio Salado CC has a 1cr Nutrition Lab that is supposed to be VERY fast and easy - like you're done in just a few days. While it's more expensive than SL, it's an RA school so much easier to transfer. Last time I checked, it was $215.

Awesome! Come to find out I need it to be an upper level 1 credit. Does it say what it will count as?

SL is usually: $49 for the 1 credit lab course, $99 for 1 month subscription, and $100+ for the lab kit. So you're looking at $250+ UNLESS you happen to find promo codes to get 1 month half off and $50 off of the class. So it can potentially be closer to $150.
As mentioned, the Rio Salado 1 credit nutrition lab is about $215.
So those are both good options.
If you end up going with SDC for your UL business course ($200/month for 2 courses) then I suggest going ahead and doing the bio w/lab there as well since it would only be an extra $40 for the virtual lab. It would be a bit of extra work that way but 1 month of sdc includes 2 courses so you'd only be paying extra for the lab.

I think I may have messed up by saying I need a lab. What ends up happening after completing my Capstone is that I need 4 UL credits, out of the 4 credits needed 3 of them need to come from a UL Business class and the last credit can come from anything UL and I could always do a another course and just exceed the required amount. I would do that if it came from an easy upper level course.

You could check to see if they would accept the TEEX AWR 177 (Information Risk Managment) course. Its free and self paced and was recently updated to be evaluated by ACE as being:
In the upper-division baccalaureate degree category, 1 semester hour in business, information risk management, or introduction to information security.
There is also the Free Institutes option, that is self paced online and fast to finish. It is recommended by ACE as being:
In the upper-division baccalaureate degree category, 2 semester hours in Ethics for Insurance Professionals or business ethics (9/15).
Not sure if either would be accepted and work, but it may be worth asking your adviser about either being a possibility to meet your remaining credit(s).
