There is a time limit of 15 weeks for full courses which should be plenty. As far as transferring credits to TESC, I doubt you'll have a problem with courses from the Kentucky Community & Technical College System, since all its schools are regionally accredited. See this discussion for more.

Call TESC to be sure, but again I doubt you'll have a problem transferring ISI credits.
