2nd BA degree at TESC - Have to reapply?

I wonder if it's the same thing for an Associates and Bachelor's. Boy would that be frustrating though. If you file for graduation for the associates (while working for a Bachelor's) and then have to pay the enrollment fee all over again to finish your Bachelor's.
The enrollment fee is supposed to cover a years worth. I sure hope they're mistaken on this. Otherwise, the only option is when one files for graduation file for multiple things. You're already paying a $280 fee to request for graduation.
