I'm glad that you finally got this resolved, but it also brings into question the way that TESU handles some of these tickets. Both your original ticket and the reply got different, incorrect answers from the people hired to make these decisions. It took a new ticket and third reply to actually clarify something that seems pretty simple and straightforward.

Look at what happened surrounding the Penn Foster Strategic Bus. Management course. I'm all but finished with that, done with everything but the final project, which I should put to bed this weekend. I am anticipating a similar battle when I submit an updated transcript with the PF course, some months from now.
