I believe there are two new Sophia courses incoming.
Introduction to Art History
IT Career Exploration
There's a new badge for Introduction to Art History on Acclaim now: https://www.youracclaim.com/org/sophia-l...rt-history They previously had this a few years ago, maybe they're bringing it back? It'd be worth 3 credits if it's the old one that gets updated again.
ACE National Guide shows IT Career Exploration as a new accredited option that started on September 2020. https://www.acenet.edu/National-Guide/Pa...0d3a310177

That is strange. I have the badges for Art History I and Art History II already from ACE and Sophia.
Not sure what IT Career Exploration would come in as on TESU? I imagine not much. I wish Sophia would do something more applicable to degrees for example American Government or Business Communications.

IT Career Exploration is listed as being just one credit. Assuming it's accepted alongside the other 1-credit classes, this helps to "even out" the credits offered by Sophia.
I think the Introduction to Art History badge is probably just for the students who took that class before it morphed into Art History I & II.

I wondered about the IT Career Exploration when I saw it a few weeks ago. I wasn't able to enroll. Figured it was maybe something they just offered to specific corporate accounts, but thought I'd check in every few weeks and see if I could sneak in ; )
Here are links, if anyone wants to chase this more than I did:

Might be able to go to Devmountain and request access, if 1 potentially-free-IT-related credit could make some sorta difference. Haha, Devmountain is part of Strayer, so some of you have a possible "in".

Interesting that they have Developing Effective Teams listed as free. I thought they stopped that completely when they moved to the monthly fee schedule.

I completed the IT Career Exploration course via the bootcamp.sophia site. (it let me sign up for free). Being a 1 credit course, it was of course pretty quick and easy but I still enjoyed it because it is relevant to where I'm trying to take my education/career right now. Also, a couple of the topics were good review for some of the courses I'm taking right now or in the near future at WGU. Unfortunately there's no Acclaim badge for it right now but hopefully there will be in the future.

For TESU, you take Algebra or Statistics at Sophia and then CSM Learn for the other math needed for business.

Not many of the schools they partner with require that, so it's probably not top of list. You can find it other cheap places though.
