Hello,
I've been lurking for a couple of weeks. Very happy I found this site :hurray:
I have scheduled my 1st Clep test on the 24th. Intro to Sociology. When I called the testing center I was told that I have to have a 50 to pass ( I knew this from reading the forums) then I was told that its not just a 50 since some questions are worth more then others. Now that freaks my out a bit. However I'm going ahead with it.

Welcome to the forum!
Nice work for stepping up and scheduling your first exam. Sociology is, IMO, a good place to start. I studied for about two weeks and got my best score yet. Don't worry about whatever you were told. Each question is worth the same - regardless of whether you answer it too. It's in your best interest to answer every question, especially the easy ones, which are worth just as much as the hard ones.
The passing score is always 50 unless your school requires a higher score.

I'm in the same boat as you. This will be my first clep test and I will be taking Intro to Sociology also. Good Luck!
