TESC lists this under Applied Science and Technology, like Medical Terminology. It appears that APS credit doesn't count as Natural Science or General Education at TESC.

That's an odd test to develop, but maybe they have a lot of radiation or nuclear engineering/technology students.

I believe this CBE was created specifically for military personnel. In the Navy both nuclear engineering and nuclear armaments personnel would acquire the training/skills to pass this TCEP. Both TESC and EC cater to this group to acquire degrees useful to their after-service careers in civiiian nuclear fields.
