Employment Law & Labor Relations
#1
hi everyone, i have 2 questions please, for anyone who may know!

-- I thought i remembered seeing a thread a while back where someone says they took the SDC 'employment law' course and it was horribly difficult. of course, now i can't find the thread. if anyone has taken this course, can you please link me to your review or let me know how it was?

-- In this transfer listing ( https://study.com/directory/school/Thoma...ransferTab ) it looks like Business 325: Union & Labor Relations, even though it's listed as 300 level on study.com, only transfers in as a 200 level at tesu LAS-225 : Union and Labor Relations. Has anyone successfully had this class transfer in to tesu as upper level?

thanks everyone Smile

This is not ACE/NCCRS-recommended for UL.  Many times a course provider creates a course and shoots for UL, and can number it as such, and then when ACE/NCCRS does their review, they decide it's not UL.  So they don't recommend it.  They may also do the opposite and a course is created as LL, but ACE/NCCRS may determine that it's UL.  Sometimes, a course may be both ACE & NCCRS-recommended, and they determine different levels.

Either way, you should always check ACE/NCCRS when you take a course, to make sure it's what you think it's going to be (LL or UL, as well as expiration date).

I am planning on taking the SDC Employment Law course in the next two months. I have had training in the subject already so I'm not too terribly concerned, but I'd be interested in hearing a review as well.
