Does TESU typically take 25 days to review transcripts?

Just from personal experience...Once i had my call with a counselor, everything went much faster for me. I was able to communicate with them directly and get my questions answered and adjustments made to my plan usually within 24 hours. I found the call to help speed things up for me tremendously.

Never tried calling them, but that's awesome to hear. I remember e-mailing TESU once and asking for an ACE transcript to be processed the day I sent it, due to PF's Strategic Management not being accepted for my capstone soon--the next morning I woke up to an e-mail back with all my credits having been evaluated and applied (instead of taking the usual 25 business days).

I love all TESU staff I've ever talked to in e-mail, they've always been so helpful and taken care of any issues I had quickly.

Has anyone else done this? If so how do you schedule an appointment? I'm trying to figure out if I "should" talk with a counselor "just in case", LOL!
