Bare Minimum for Attending the Big 3?
#1
Hey guys I was just wandering what the prices would be for attending each of the Big 3, the criteria would be:
-Credits from outside sources don't count into the total
-You have all your credits and you take your Cornerstone/Capstone course (therefore omitting unnecessary yearly and similar fees)
-You pay for books and cornerstone/capstone courses whenever it's unavoidable
-You are out-of-state

So essentially the bare minimum you would have to pay coming in with all your credits and passing your capstone and graduating.

This is what I got for Excelsior (Multi-Source option)
-Admission and Preliminary Transcript Review: $50
-Commitment Fee= $1,095
-Tuition= $510 per credit (so for Capstone it would be $1,530-2,040)
-Graduation= $495

Total= $3,170-$3,680

I'm not even sure if that's right.

I gather we're ignoring the cost of alternative credit since it is presumably the same no matter which school?

For a TESU BSBA it's:

$ 75 Application fee
$ 114 Strategic Management TECEP
$ 323 Graduation Fee
$2000 Residency Waiver
====
$2512

or for another degree:
$ 75 Application fee
$1497 Capstone
$ 323 Graduation Fee
$2000 Residency Waiver
====
$3895

These also potentially would need the $300 Cornerstone, although we now know of multiple ways to get that waived pretty easily.

More on Partner Pricing:
Excelsior has a few partnership programs that lead to big discounts on tuition and fees. A favorite here is from the Peace Officers Association of Georgia.

First, join POAG as an associate member for $25/ year.

When you are ready to enroll, you MUST mention that you are a member of POAG and would like partnership pricing (they have no way to know otherwise). Here is more info from Excelsior.

Here is a ballpark of the total cost of tuition and fees from Excelsior. It is much cheaper not to take the 12 hours of Excelsior classes they mention and just take the Capstone instead.

Don't forget the study.com affiliate pricing for TESU. That waives the cornerstone and gives a discount on the tuition, residency waiver. I don't know how long it will be good for so you might need TECEPs to maintain it if you are coming in with zero credits.
