KittenMittens, that is my goal also. I want to go as quickly, cheaply and easily as possible. And since I am not good at math and it literally scares me, I am opting for the easy on this one. Thanks for all the great feedback everyone.

If math scares you, COSC is good for only requiring one course in Business Statistics for their degree. ALEKS Business Statistics is the best option available as it's only like $20 for each month you do it (someone who's decent could instantly pass it if they've got a good handle on it) and no proctor for it either. Statistics is nice in one way in that it doesn't require advanced mathematical ability like calculus, trig, or algebra. It's also a very useful thing to learn. For the sake of learning, I highly recommend Udacity's Intro to Statistics course which is free, interesting, should take about 48 hours to get through, and easy. I would recommend learning statistics well in case you go onto an MBA in graduate school where quantitative analysis relies on statistics plus it helps you understand how to examine data and understand statistics better. It's a good skill to have in general.

That said, you should be fine with ALEKS Business Statistics and supplement with Udacity's Intro Stats Course either before/after. ALEKS Stats holds your hand along the process as long as you do the exercises.
